Q. When and where is the gathering? A. Friday-Sunday, July 29-31 for the 3-day segment, followed by Elders Wisdom Seminars Monday and Tuesday, August 1-2, followed by a one-day Peacekeeper training on Wednesday, August 3rd. All events at the Sunray Peace Village. Q. What are the costs? A. The 3 day gathering is $155. Single days are $60. Single sessions (morning or afternoon) is $40. Elders wisdom seminars are $44 each. Healing ceremony Saturday night is open to the public and free.
depends on number of people and land trust membership. Full time work-study covers the session costs, but not camping. Part time work-study cuts the session costs in half. Q. Where can I stay? A. You may camp at the Peace Village. To purchase camping, go here. To support the Peace Village and receive a discount on camping, join the Sunray Peace Village Land Trust by going here. You may also stay at one of the Bed and Breakfasts or Inns in and around Lincoln or Bristol Vermont. Q. Is there food available? A. Yes, we will have a cantina for people to purchase food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You may also cook your own food at your campsite if you are camping. Q. Is there a childrens' program? A. Yes, during teachings, there will be organized childrens' activities. There is no additional cost for this. Q. How can I register? A. You may register online through Constant Contact events. Note: When you register this way, if you want to select more than one item, please select "ADD" under GUEST INFORMATION below the item list and then select your second item. If it is just for you, you do not need to re-enter your name. You may add up to 10 "guests" -- that is, pick up to 10 items. You may also register for multiple people. Thank you. Q. Navigate by scrolling to the bottom and selecting the categories. Q. May I register at the Peace Village? A. Yes. If this all seems too complicated, you may always register with the helpful volunteers as you arrive at the Peace Village. Q. What is the schedule? A. Each day there is a sunrise ceremony at around 6 am. Then there is a break for breakfast. Teachings begin at 10 am each day. Morning teachings go until about 1 pm. Break for lunch. Afternoon teachings begin at 3 pm and go until about 5 pm. On Friday evening there will be a special event in nearby Lincoln. We cannot say more publicly, but you don't want to miss this event. You will receive an invitation when you arrive. On Saturday evening is the healing ceremony, which is open to the public. Registration is not required. You should be at the Peace Village by 6:30 pm. On Sunday afternoon there will be several celebratory ceremonies. At the end of the afternoon, the Arbor ceremonies will be over. On Monday and Tuesday, there will be morning and afternoon workshops by Elders each day. On Wednesday, there will be an all-day Peacekeeper training. Q. What is being offered in the workshops? A.
